Desktop-Crane needs NO training requirement - NO AutoCAD based, which provides you the simplest controlling and performs the entire necessary step to plan your lifts.

What in Desktop-Crane Ver. 3.33? The 3.33 release includes:

What in Desktop-Crane Ver. 3.32? The 3.32 release includes:

	New: Save as Lift Video file - Ability to save Lift Project in DC Video file. This is an useful function let user to demo lift job by one click.
	New: Crane Specification - Ability to specify and print crane specification in more detail.
	New: Tail Swing - We added Tail Swing, Derrick Tail Swing, Working Radius in plan view.

What in Desktop-Crane Ver. 3.31? The 3.31 release includes:

This was the release that was Slashdotted. Many important features were added and the stability of the product was increased. This small update fixes some bugs, and improves the user experience on some Windows Vista systems.

	Fixed: This small update fixed a few crashes that people were experiencing related to the "Open" and "Save As" DCP file. If you are not experiencing these crashes with v3.3 then you do not need to download this update.
	Change: More intuitive and more powerful toolbar in Elevation View and Plan View window.
	New: More introducing text for each tool displayed on the form.

Analysis and Export Load Chart to Microsoft Excel - Now you can directly export the selected crane load chart to Microsoft Excel and group by 4 different methods.

Main Boom - Counterweight, Boom Combination, Derrick / Suspended Counterweight, Outrigger / Ontires.

Jib Boom - Jib Length, Jib Angle, Jib Combination, Boom Length.

Luffing Boom - Luffing Length, Boom Length, Boom Angle, Derrick / Suspended Counterweight.

Support feet & pound measure unit - Now you can show your lift plan, report in feet & pound.

	Easy-to-Use Interface Skin - Choose a skin from 3 built-in skins: Standard, Category. View Mode (Elevation / Plan View) - Now you can switch among 3 different view modes (Full, Edit Only, Presentation Only, Presentation with Load) whenever you choose.
	More features in Elevation & Plan View Preview - The preview feature allows you to modify crane actions without loading it. It is very convenient if the crane consists of a large number of crane actions and it takes a while to load it. Dimension (Bring to front) - Now you can change order of crane dimensions. Ground Level - Now you can enable / disable the ground level change together with crane's Y position.
	Printing feature - Now you can modify your company information layout for lift plan & report.

The 3.2 release includes:

SimCAD - SimCAD is a drawing tool you can use to create simple or elaborate drawings. These drawings can be either black-and-white or color, and can be saved as bitmap, DCD files and send to Elevation View or Plan View. You can print your drawing.

Crane Analysis Report - Crane Analysis Report is an useful tool you can use to create professional report. The report can be saved as mdb files. You can reuse and print the report. The Crane Analysis Report is containing Analysis Report Editor and Portrait, Landscape orientation report.

	Large Planning Platform - Offering you with more free space to draw your lift drawing up to 4 pcs of A4 size paper.
	Support DCP Project file format - There are several ways to save lift project in Desktop-Crane. You can save the active lift project you are working on, whether it is new or existed previously. And you can save a copy of the active lift project with a different name or in a different location.
	Support DCB Background file format - You can save the active Background you are working on, whether it is new or existed previously. And you can save a copy of the active Background with a different name or in a different location.
	Support Project Recovery (AutoRecover) feature - You can further protect your work by using the AutoRecover feature to periodically save a temporary copy of the file you're working on. To recover work after a power failure or similar problem, you must have turned on the AutoRecover feature before the problem occurred. You can set the AutoRecover save interval to occur more frequently than every 1 minutes (its default setting). For example, if you set it to save every 1 minute, you'll recover more information than if you set it to save every 2 minutes.

Image shop provides a number of filters (blur, brightness / contrast, gray scale, line art, smoothing, sharpening, embossing and lots more). Very useful for you! You can also swap colors, rotate and flip the image and more.

Background Builder window

Background Builder allows you to create, modify and re-use your preparatory background graphic, let your lift job presentation more effective and professional. It has a fully integrated workspace that permits you to work efficiently and create professional background graphic in minutes. The Background Builder provides a number of powerful tools. (Paint Tools, Image Shop)

Background Album window

Background Album is your personal album. You can make your personal album available to everyone. You can store a number of related background image in Background Album. This is useful if you want to keep background image of special events or background image that you need for a specific purpose separate from your other image. You can scroll through your image using the left and right arrow buttons. If you click an image, it is displayed as a larger image above the other image. You can double-click a image to import to the project.

Sort feature for Specific Job Site

If you have large numbers of cranes, you may face the difficulties of crane selection. Cranes, some of which have a high volume of duty chart, can be difficult to read and select. Specific Job Site comes with a set of new functions that make it easier to read and select the most suitable crane for your lift job. These functions may help you to see the detail of which crane selected.

Selection tool

Allows you to define a region of the paint tool in the lift drawing in order to bring to front, sent to back, sent to back of structure, copy, paste, and delete it.

Boom Clearance feature

Ability to set Boom Clearance. This let collision detection function more accurate. This can helps user to prevent collision events and minimize the probability of collision risks developing into serious situations.

Derrick Boom window

Ability to rise and lower derrick boom and it works by angle.

Save Drawing feature

Ability to save drawing in to a bitmap(.bmp) or JPEG(.jpg) file.
